BrainCode México Tech, based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide through this site, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

Name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, company size and a description of your project. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

• To answer your request and schedule a call.
• To prepare proposals and quotes.
• To follow up on the business relationship, if you decide to hire us.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your ARCO rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@braincode.com.mx with your name, your request and a way to reply to you. We answer within 20 business days at most.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and it does not include third-party pixels. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will publish it here and ask for your consent before turning them on. When you open WhatsApp or a social network from a link on the site, you leave for a third-party service with its own policies.
